Why Renavitas (since 2012)
In 2012, Renavitas was created to fill a gap: condominiums needed one accountable partner able to combine actual works — from building envelope to MEP, from façades to heat pumps — with the management of incentives and energy models that turn renovation into a sustainable investment.
Today this vision has become a European priority: the EPBD (“green homes” directive) is being implemented and every country is getting ready to renovate millions of condominiums.
